*We do not ship outside of the UK. 

Can I return Mystery Box items?
Due to the nature of Mystery Boxes, you are unable to return them unless items within the box are faulty or damaged. In the event of duplications or unwanted content, we know these will make great gifts for friends or family.

How to return a parcel:
You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your goods and return the item within a further 14 days of contacting us. If the goods are faulty or not fit for purpose then the cost of return postage will be refunded. In all other circumstances, the return postage costs are payable by the customer. To make a return, please message our Customer Service team via our contact us page. You will need to provide your name, contact phone number (or email), order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.

Cancelling an order: 
To change or cancel your order please message our friendly Customer Service team via our contact us page as soon as possible.

Damages
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, Tabletop Gaming will be very happy to refund you or offer a replacement. Please message us via our contact us page on the day of delivery with details of your name, contact phone number (or email), order number, date of order, and a photo of the damaged goods. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice, we will then process a replacement/refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.
